Our client, dedicated to enhancing community services, is seeking a passionate AV Specialist to join their team. As an AV Specialist, you will be part of the Technology Support Department supporting various county facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to innovation, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:AV Specialist
Location:Hanover, Virginia (5 days on-site)

- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive county-wide AV Program.
- Evaluate existing AV systems and recommend strategic upgrades to meet organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to assess AV needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis, incident management, and troubleshoot AV systems and related technologies.
- Manage relationships with AV vendors, ensuring quality service and effective project execution.
- Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years supporting AV systems and desktop technologies.
- Strong understanding of AV platforms such as Crestron and Mersive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Windows OS environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
