• Serve as the technical subject matter expert in software, integrated electronic locks, and credential technology
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and support the sales cycle from initial contact to implementation
• Provide hands‑on support for system integrators during commissioning and troubleshooting of installations
• Conduct on-site assessments, demonstrations, and technical presentations to showcase solution capabilities
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to offer innovative solutions

• High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in field engineering, systems integration, or technical sales within electronic access control or security systems
• Proven ability to partner with sales teams to close high‑value, complex sales opportunities
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences

• Experience with system integration and third‑party vendors
• Familiarity with cloud‑based access control systems and IoT technologies
• Hands‑on experience with commissioning/troubleshooting networked access control systems
• Knowledge of multi‑family market standards and regulations related to electronic security solutions
