Shockoe is looking for a Client Success and Sales Enablement Lead to deliver high-quality client-facing content and compelling engagement strategies that drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and ensure strategic alignment across marketing, sales, and delivery functions
Outcomes and Objectives:
- Deliver consistent, strategically positioned marketing and sales collateral that supports business development and brand clarity
- Provide efficient, high-quality sales enablement support, including timely, tailored RFI/RFP responses
- Identify new client opportunities through proactive research, relationship insights, and portfolio alignment
- Maintain and grow client satisfaction, resulting in increased retention, referrals, and long-term partnerships
- Drive revenue expansion within existing accounts through strategic positioning, cross-sell, and upsell efforts
- Lead and execute high-impact strategic engagements that demonstrate thought leadership, deliver client value, and translate into long-term relationships
Responsibilities:
- Review and refine marketing material created by our external marketing partners
- Create and then continuously improve and evolve standard capability decks and sell sheets based on client feedback and industry trends
- Create and customize sales pitches, RFI responses, and RFP responses tailored for individual opportunities
- Ability to have expertise in Shockoe’s portfolio and strategic positioning
- Maintain a standardized content and contract library
- Create, customize, and present client business reviews
- Regularly interact with strategic clients to monitor current state, work in flight, and potential future work
- Execute against the committed strategy work
- Proactively monitor various signals to identify opportunities and risks (ex: app reviews) with current accounts and dormant clients
- Create and coordinate feedback loops between client leadership and internal teams
Competencies and Experience:
- 3 years of experience in a consultative and/or technology environment
- Strategic thinker and proactive problem solver with a strong attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong team collaborator
- Has marketing, business, and tech acumen
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Versatile and adaptive with a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience influencing stakeholders while maintaining client empathy
