Harnham is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager Strategic Analytics for a leading organization in the omnichannel retail sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and implement omni-channel digital transformation strategies, enhancing both customer and associate experiences within a dynamic enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of strategy analysts to set the vision and direction of the Sales organization.
• Collaborate with operations and product/technology partners to create a data-backed departmental roadmap.
• Provide analytical evaluation and strategic insights to understand the impacts of various change efforts, steering the organization towards optimal paths forward.
• Drive execution through the identification of key performance indicators (KPIs), target setting, and the creation of management systems to ensure accountability.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior executives to achieve consensus for change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance; MBA or Master's in an analytical field is a plus.
• Extensive experience in an analytical or strategic role.
• Analytical mindset with experience conducting large-scale data analysis to support conclusions; SQL experience required.
• Proven experience managing high-performing analytic associates.
• Ability to communicate complex topics effectively to influence executive thinking and improve field execution.
