• Design, implement, and enforce CI/CD build and deployment pipelines.
• Provide CI/CD, automation, and Dev Sec Ops  technical expertise to the ABMS ICAM Development Team.
• Participate in internal and external technical meetings to support decision points and program objectives.
• Coordinate between internal teams and third-party partners to execute ICAM technical direction.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and external partners on Dev Sec Ops  practices, CI/CD, and automation.
• Troubleshoot complex system, pipeline, and automation issues and provide root-cause analysis.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership.

• Active Top Secret clearance.
• 12+ years overall Information Technology experience.
• 7+ years software development experience (Shell, Python, and/or Java).
• Very strong Linux / UNIX skills.
• Significant experience designing, building, and integrating CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Linux containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Experience operating within virtualized environments.
• Strong understanding of IPv4 networking concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable information for leadership.

• 7+ years software development experience (Shell, Python, and/or Java).
• 5+ years experience working as a Dev Sec Ops  engineer supporting CI/CD and automation.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and design concepts (AWS preferred).
• Familiarity with DoD and IC Information Security requirements.
• Knowledge of Active Directory concepts and integration.
• Solid understanding of cryptographic concepts, including relational databases.
• Familiarity with Identity Management (IdM) and Access Management (AM) concepts.
• Ability to program in multiple languages (Shell, Python, Java preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.

Proposed Salary Range for this position: $98,500 - $206,800. The national average is used. CACI offers competitive compensation, benefits and learning and development opportunities.
