Security Engineer

About the Role

Seeking a Security Management Specialist with strong expertise in securing and managing enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Hashi Corp Vault, Terraform, RHEL, and Ansible, and will contribute to the deployment, hardening, and automation of security solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot complex issues, integrate platforms, and develop automation workflows.

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Vault clusters.
• Troubleshoot and monitor Vault performance and security.
• Implement hardening best practices and integrate Vault with enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain Terraform modules for secure infrastructure provisioning.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and harden RHEL environments.
• Develop and enforce SELinux policies.
• Design and implement Ansible roles and playbooks.
• Manage automation workflows using Ansible.
• Onboard end users and assist with their needs.
• Participate in on‑call rotation.
• Maintain on‑site presence for at least 2 days a week (Hybrid mode).

• Hashi Corp Vault Enterprise administration (deployment in HA, troubleshooting, monitoring, hardening, integrations).
• Terraform hands‑on experience (module development).
• Red Hat Linux experience (troubleshooting, monitoring, hardening).
• Ansible experience (developing roles, playbooks, AWX or Ansible Tower).

• Go development (especially for Vault plugin development).
• Jenkins (pipeline development and automation).
• Splunk (query creation, dashboards, and alerting).
• ELK Stack (integration, queries, alerts, dashboards).
• SELinux (policy development and troubleshooting).

• Hashi Corp Certified:
  Vault Associate
• Hashicorp Vault Operations Professional
• Terraform Associate Certification

• 3+ years of experience in security management and automation.
• 3+ years of experience with Hashi Corp Vault Enterprise.
• 3+ years of experience with Ansible (roles, playbooks, AWX or Ansible Tower).
• 3+ years of experience with ELK Stack (integration, queries, alerts, dashboards).
• 3+ years of experience with Go development (especially for Vault plugin development).
• 3+ years of experience with Hashi Corp Vault Enterprise administration (deployment in HA, troubleshooting, monitoring, hardening, integrations).
• 3+ years of experience with Jenkins (pipeline development and automation).
• 4+ years of experience with Red Hat Linux (troubleshooting, monitoring, hardening).
• 1 year of experience with RHEL 9 System Administration.
• 3+ years of experience with SELinux (policy development and troubleshooting).

• 3+ years of experience with Terraform (module development).
