Tamayo Federal Solutions, LLC is seeking a qualified IT Project Manager III. The role relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The incumbent may lead and direct the work of others. Responsibilities include analyzing and developing computer software with engineering, business, and records management functions; developing plans for automated information systems from project inception to completion; analyzing user interfaces, maintaining hardware/software performance tuning, and managing system modifications and upgrades.

Other duties include designing and optimizing network topologies, preparing engineering plans and technical design packages, installing hardware/software, configuring computers and communication devices, and training site personnel. The manager will provide first‑line support for service interruptions, escalates unresolved problems, and leads efforts to improve work methods and procedures.

The IT Project Manager III is responsible for overall contract performance, developing system scope and objectives, preparing specifications, and supervising contractors. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and a deep understanding of business requirements and application development.

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field
• At least 4 years of experience in the field or related area
• Familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures
