Overview
Senior Program/Project/Management Analyst role HL Companies provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology startups. STAHL advocates for policies that can improve government services and maintain our government's competitive advantage, by bringing more technology into government programs. We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.
The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Program/Project/Management Analyst to join our team.
- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
- Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
- Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
- FTE Key 1: At least 10 years demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management; advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Suite tools (PowerPoint, Excel with pivot tables/charts); proven ability to gather programmatic information and develop strategic communication for executive stakeholders.
- FTE Key 2: At least 5 years demonstrated combined experience in DoD Developmental and Operational Test Pilot and/or Test Planning; experience in Program Management within a PMA structure; proficiency with Microsoft Office; proficiency in iTEST and iREPORT and ability to coordinate Flight Test requirements within the program office’s Integrated Product Teams.
- FTE Key 3: At least 5 years demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management of aircraft retrofits and modifications; understanding of DoD contracts, Integrated Master Plans/Schedules, and business case analysis; experience with Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Technical Directives (TDs), and related program documentation.
- FTE Key 4: At least 5 years demonstrated experience in DoD program management, technical and/or business analysis; understanding of major weapon systems and components; experience with Program Management Tool (PMT), SOWs, CDRLs, CSPT, PIDs, budgets and schedules.
- FTE Key 5: At least 3 years of direct experience in supply chain planning within the aerospace/defense industry; experience monitoring requirements against supply base capabilities and forecasting material demands; familiarity with government contracting requirements and compliance.
Position is contingent upon award.
