Clearance: Top Secret or Secret with T5 Investigation
The successful candidate will leverage their Service Now integration and development experience to maintain and expand the customer’s environment.
- Lead IT Service Management (ITSM) integration with Service Now, including development and implementation to meet design specifications using best practices and out-of-the-box functionality.
- Assist the Service Now team, service management personnel, enterprise architect, and Code 104 in implementing and sustaining Service Now modules.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders within Code 104, Department 10, and the Service Now functional analyst to ensure successful implementation, rollout, and sustainment.
- Support the development of Service Now modules and integrations with other enterprise systems, following industry best practices.
- Develop complex workflows and new data tables within Service Now to support ongoing work.
- Generate reports and dashboards within Service Now and create Knowledge Articles for documentation.
- Perform operational support, system administration duties, and address configuration changes within Service Now.
- Coordinate testing activities using the Service Now Test Administration Suite.
- Triage support issues, manage the backlog of incidents and defects, and provide end-user support for developed applications.
- Develop plans for Service Now deployment, integrating outputs into an Enterprise ITSM customer interface.
- Familiarity with the Enterprise Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB) and extending Service Now’s CMDB capabilities.
- Design and develop ITSM solutions for Code 104 business areas, including IT operations, asset management, cybersecurity, and customer service functions.
- Analyze user requirements, design digital tools and applications, and develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, UX/UI designers, and QA, throughout the development lifecycle.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Maintain technical documentation, participate in Agile methodologies, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Provide technical support, gather stakeholder feedback, and recommend updates or new technologies.
Required Experience, Skills, & Technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or an equivalent technical field.
- At least 10 years of experience in designing and implementing ITSM solutions.
- Certifications:
CSWF Level IAT-III, CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, or CCSP.
