* Job Description:

**### Petcare Growth Digital Platform team is in search of an experienced Integration Project & Delivery Analyst. The Integrations Project & Delivery Analyst will support and drive GDP integrations project delivery by managing end-to-end coordination, technical requirements, and stakeholder communication—ensuring successful deployment of system integrations across all the GDP Products.### ###
** Responsibilities:*** ### Manage and support the delivery of the GDP integration projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization.* ### Coordinate with internal GDP teams (Product, Engineering, Dev Ops) and external stakeholders (Mars IHub Team, Mars Platforms and Mars Network Teams).* ### Drive alignment on timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables across cross-functional and cross-product teams.* ### Ensure clear and consistent communication in

* * across global stakeholders.* ### Maintain high-quality documentation for integration specifications, project tracking, and post-implementation review.* ### Support continuous improvement of integration delivery processes, templates, and dashboards.* ### Work flexibly across time zones to ensure effective coordination of global projects.* ### Review periodically Squad performance and Squad capacity and ensure this is in line with incoming activities for the GDP Program.
* ### Requirement Analysis: collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements, analyse business processes, and identify integration points between source and target systems.* ### Maintain planning, risks, and issues for all integrations-related activities (source/target applications + external partners + integrations hub).* ### Participate in all important squad ceremonies (backlog review, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective)* ###

Risk Management:

Identify integration risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor implementation to minimize disruptions and delays.* ### Documentation: guide the GDP Integrations team maintaining comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and interfaces, facilitating knowledge transfer and troubleshooting.### ###
** Knowledge/Experience*** ### Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.* ### Solid understanding of integration technologies (APIs, file transfer, web services, ETLs, message queues, and middleware platforms).* ### Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (C1 level or higher).* ### Solid understanding of project management principles, with experience in planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
* ### Proficiency in project and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Service Now, Excel).* ### Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.* ### Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.* ### Experience working in global/multinational environments is highly valued.* ### Optional certifications in integration technologies or project management methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, PMP, ITIL, Agile) can be a plus### ### * ### Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.
