- 3 days a week onsite in Arlington, VA are required*
- Actively participate in agile daily scrums and ceremonies, updating stories daily in Service Now documenting development progress and collaborating across platform teams
- Support and participate in customer requirement workshops, working with product owner/stakeholders to configure requested items and tasks using Flow Designer to manage processes and meet business requirements
- Design, create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc.
- Help to develop the technical solutions, implement them, and perform the component integration tests.
- Participate in product backlog grooming, sprint planning, product demonstrations and sprint retrospectives.
- U.S. citizen with the ability to attain DHS EOD
- BA +10 years applicable experience
- Must be able to report onsite weekly in Arlington, VA
- Intermediate level understanding of Service Now
- Intermediate level programming skills
- Experience interacting with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters and Developers
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- At least one of the following certifications:
- Certified Service Now Developer
- Certified Service Now Administrator
- Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, CSM, or similar)
- Experience Service Now Sec Ops, specifically Security Incident Response (SIR)
- Experience with Service Now Customer Service Management (CSM)

Pay RangePay Range: $90,300-$189,600
