At JMark, data drives every decision. We are seeking Analytics/Dashboarding Analysts across multiple levels of experience to design and deploy interactive dashboards that deliver actionable insights, improve efficiency, and support mission-critical decision-making.

This role blends data science, analytics, and visual storytelling to create dynamic dashboards using tools like Microsoft Power Apps or Tableau. Analysts will build automated, scalable dashboards optimized for multiple devices, continuously enhance user experience, and directly support strategic objectives within the ODNI enterprise.

• Dashboard Design & Development — Partner with Task Order personnel and stakeholders to identify needs and implement automated, dynamic dashboards that improve operational efficiency.
• Apply analytics platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, Tableau, or similar tools to design, develop, and deploy interactive, visually compelling dashboards for contract management and enterprise operations.
• Ensure dashboards are optimized for multiple devices, environments, and screen sizes.

• Maintain detailed documentation of development processes, data sources, and specifications to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and compliance.
• Develop user guides, reference materials, and training aids to support adoption and sustainability.

• Test dashboards for usability, performance, and accuracy; collect user feedback to refine solutions.
• Incorporate best practices in data visualization, UX design, and enterprise dashboarding.
• Collaborate with mission architects to evaluate and implement new dashboarding technologies and trends.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Power Apps, Tableau, or similar dashboard/analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data science fundamentals and user experience (UX) principles.
• Ability to document processes, create technical/user support materials, and communicate effectively.

Preferred

• Experience supporting ODNI, DoD, or federal government analytics initiatives.
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale dashboard optimization and mobile-friendly design.
• Knowledge of advanced data visualization methods or applied data science practices.
