Classic Granite & Marble is a 98,000 sf state of the art fabrication and production facility with an award winning showroom located conveniently off I-288 and Route 60. We carry an inventory of over 8,000 slabs including 300 different colors in our indoor facility. We handle all projects from beginning to end, which includes laser templating, CAD, fabrication and installation. Our clients include both residential homeowners as well as building contractors.
Job SummaryThis person must speak Spanish and have the ability to translate basic Spanish. They work closely with the Director of HR, supporting the day to day tasks of both the HR department and the organization as a whole. All CGM employees exhibits excellent customer service skills and maintain the "white glove" standards that CGM customers have come to expect.
Responsibilities and Duties- Run bi-weekly payroll in HRIS software which includes overseeing paid time off requests and assisting correcting employee timesheets.
- Responsible for managing the safety program for the warehouse employees along with the HR Director
- Have a working knowledge of Workman's Compensation.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
- Perform and manage training programs for assigned responsibilities.
- Partners with the HR Director to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategies.
- Onboard new employees.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Must be bilingual English/Spanish
Knowledge of HRIS, payroll, safety, and HR programs.
Qualifications- Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. - Preferred Education:
Associate's Degree, or SHRM/HRCI certification - Working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel; proficient with Google drive plus Docs and Sheets also preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn internal, proprietary software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
