Are you a high-performing recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys recruiting within the MEP disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) for field leadership to executive level roles?

We’re partnering with a respected and growing organization to hire an experienced Recruiter (3+ years) with strong recruiting instincts, urgency, and relationship-building skills. • Work with the support of strong leadership

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles – Project Managers, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, Superintendents and Executive level leaders.
• Build strong candidate pipelines using proactive outreach, direct sourcing and market mapping
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand hiring needs and business objectives
• Drive urgency and follow-through to meet hiring needs in competitive markets
• Create exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in the MEP space
• Experience recruiting management and leadership roles
• Strong sourcing capability (Linked In Recruiter, Boolean, referrals, pipelines, etc.)
• Excellent candidate engagement and closing skills
• A “take ownership” mindset with high responsiveness and follow-through
