- Provide analytical support to the HR Operations Shared Services Administration team and Centers of Excellence Team
- Conduct analysis of information gathered from surveys and HR systems to develop recommendations for enterprise programs
- Generate and deliver reports for operational and performance metrics related to Functional Administration
- Assist with employee data auditing and compliance reporting
- Participate in testing of new systems and enhancements to existing systems
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration/Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing HR activities
- Strong analytical, prioritization, problem-solving, and planning skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- 3 years of Benefits Administration experience
- Demonstrated consultative and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated professional
