What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide analytical support to the HR Operations Shared Services Administration team and Centers of Excellence Team
  • Conduct analysis of information gathered from surveys and HR systems to develop recommendations for enterprise programs
  • Generate and deliver reports for operational and performance metrics related to Functional Administration
  • Assist with employee data auditing and compliance reporting
  • Participate in testing of new systems and enhancements to existing systems
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration/Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing HR activities
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, problem-solving, and planning skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  • 3 years of Benefits Administration experience
  • Demonstrated consultative and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives
