- Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to provide strategic direction on compensation and recognition issues
- Plan and deliver educational tools and meetings with leaders regarding compensation programs
- Evaluate and benchmark compensation programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance
- Manage multiple projects related to compensation initiatives
- 5 years of experience in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs
- Strong ability to compile, synthesize, and analyze data from various sources
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with HR partners and management
- Strong written communication skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification
- PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification
