• Analyze, improve, and execute various compensation programs for the employer and assigned business units
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to provide strategic direction on compensation and recognition issues
• Plan and deliver educational tools and meetings with leaders regarding compensation programs
• Evaluate and benchmark compensation programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance
• Manage multiple projects related to compensation initiatives

• 5 years of experience in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs
• Strong ability to compile, synthesize, and analyze data from various sources
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with HR partners and management
• Strong written communication skills
• Solid organizational skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification
• PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification
