Job Description:

Centennial Technologies Inc. is seeking a junior level Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting and staffing initiatives across multiple government programs. This role focuses on executing core recruiting activities with an emphasis on technical, financial, and program support positions within the federal marketplace. This role plays a key part in supporting growth, delivery readiness, and compliance in a small-business environment where agility, collaboration, and mission alignment are critical.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support full cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, candidate communication, and offer support
  • Coordinate with program managers and technical leads to understand staffing requirements.
  • Post job requisitions, review resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interview feedback with hiring teams
  • Utilize job boards, Linked In Recruiter, referrals, and networking platforms to attract qualified talent
  • Maintain recruiting metrics such as pipeline status, time-to-fill, and candidate engagement reporting
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and teaming partners on shared staffing and workforce alignment
  • Support bid & proposal (B&P) recruiting efforts, including contingent staffing, resume alignment, and recruiting for key personnel positions
  • Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and company hiring policies throughout the recruiting process.
  • Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to support candidate handoff and start-date coordination.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting tools, templates, and sourcing processes.
Key

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive approach with willingness to reach out, follow up, and engage with candidates and internal teams.
  • Strong interest in learning federal recruiting and government contracting environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfortable using Linked In, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced, small-business setting.
Security Clearance:
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States, may be subject to a government security investigation, and must meet eligibility requirements for clearance
Work Conditions
  • Location: Hybrid – At least 4 days onsite in Tysons Corner, VA
  • Job Type: Full-time
