Responsibilities
  • Event Planning & Execution:
    Design and manage events from concept to completion, aligned with brand standards and guest expectations.
  • Budget Management:
    Prepare and monitor event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial control.
  • Vendor Coordination:
    Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with external suppliers and service providers.
  • Operational Oversight:
    Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution across departments.
  • Issue Resolution:
    Anticipate and resolve challenges to guarantee seamless event delivery.
  • Performance Analysis:
    Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports, including BEO, ODS, and P&L.
  • Sales Support:
    Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Experience Enhancement:
    Ensure each event reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence and emotional guest connection.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning or MICE coordination within upscale or luxury hospitality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in event documentation and reporting tools.
