The Embassy Suites by Hilton Crystal City National Airport is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join their guest services team! This beautiful, 269-suite hotel is less than two miles from Reagan National Airport within a mile of the Pentagon City, Crystal City Shops, and the Pentagon City Metro station.
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 2 years of hotel front desk experience. Seeking someone who is a self-starter and eager to grow their career.
Shift Pattern: varies with morning, evening, and overnight shifts. Weekdays/weekends/holidays availability is required.

Oversees front desk operations. Provides guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided. Assigns and instructs team members in details of work. Monitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly. Resolves customer complaints. Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
