Works Go-Live Support Consultant (Contract)
We are seeking experienced eClinical
Works (eCW) Go-Live Support Consultants to assist with two upcoming client go-lives. Each go-live requires two full weeks of onsite support
, for a total of four weeks of contracted engagement. Consultants will provide hands-on assistance to end users, reinforce workflows, troubleshoot issues in real time and relay to client, and ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
Candidates must have strong experience in both front desk and clinical workflows within eCW and must be able to quickly learn and adopt the client’s workflow agendas.
Key ResponsibilitiesOnsite Go-Live Support
- Provide onsite, in-person support to front desk staff, clinical staff, and providers
- Assist users with navigation, documentation, scheduling, check-in/check-out, and general system usage, per client related workflows.
- Support clinical workflows including progress notes, orders, documentation tools, and patient engagement features
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate to project leadership when needed
- Monitor user adoption and identify areas requiring reinforcement
Workflow Familiarization
- Review and learn the client-provided workflow agendas prior to go-live
- Understand the client’s specific processes, routing rules, and expectations
- Apply client workflows consistently when supporting staff
- Identify workflow gaps and provide real-time coaching aligned with the client’s standards
Workflow Reinforcement
- Reinforce best-practice workflows for both front desk and clinical teams
- Provide real-time coaching to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
Issue Tracking & Communication
- Document issues, trends, and user feedback- relay to client support team
- Communicate daily updates to project leadership
- Participate in onsite team huddles or check-ins
- Experience supporting enterprise, specialty practices
- Familiarity with eCW version 12
- Background in healthcare operations or clinical support
- Professional, patient, and supportive demeanor
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing needs

Requirements- 2+ years of hands-on eClinical
Works experience - Direct experience with both front desk and clinical workflows (required)
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt client-specific workflow agendas
- Prior eCW go-live support experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of:
- Scheduling and appointment workflows
- Check-in/check-out processes
- Progress notes and clinical documentation
- Orders, referrals, and patient engagement tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite go-live environment
- Contract Duration: 4 weeks total
- Go-Live #1: 2 weeks
- Go-Live #2: 2 weeks
- Hours: Full-time onsite (typically 8 hours/day; flexibility may be required)
