Position Summary

We are seeking a mission-aligned, people-first Patient (Client) Acquisition Specialist to support our client engagement efforts throughout Marion County. This is a full-time, in-person role that involves working on-site at criminal justice facilities and community-based locations, where you will connect directly with potential clients and help them take the first step toward healing.

You’ll serve as a key ambassador of Holon’s values—meeting individuals where they are, earning trust, and guiding them into care with clarity and compassion. This role requires someone who thrives on connection, believes in second chances, and is energized by mission-driven, boots-on-the-ground work.
