Entry‑level pay starts at $20 per hour for direct care, increasing with experience and certification up to $26. Indirect care pay ranges from $15 to $18 per hour. Compensation is based on the individual’s skill level and certifications.

• Support and implement individualized behavior plans based on client targets and goals, focusing on reducing unsafe behaviors and enhancing communication and social skills.
• Observe clients and collect data for assessment and program goal development.
• Work with children, adolescents, and young adults with autism, intellectual or developmental disabilities in center‑based programs that promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for ongoing support and supervision.

• High school diploma (or equivalent) with prior experience working with children.
• Current registered behavior technician (RBT) credential in good standing, or ability to complete the 40‑hour RBT training, competency assessment, and exam within six months of hire (training compensation provided).
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Experience with children who have Autism, intellectual or developmental disabilities, or prior ABA experience is a plus.
• Ability to work afternoons until 6 P.M.

Salary: $20 – $26 per hour.
