• Based in Virginia or open to relocation
• 3+ years background within clinical management across Ophthalmology
• Strong leadership skills and understanding of multi-site hands on management

• Oversee the operations and services across the clinical staff (Techs and Scribes) and foster the same culture of professionalism across multiple locations
• Confidence overseeing surgical procedures and ensure all staff are prepared upon the procedures and technologies needed
• Work alongside the leading team and Practice Directors to ensure daily procedures and clinical safety is prioritised
