Responsible for development, facilitation, and coordination of training programs for the Medical Assistant clinic operations staff. This role partners closely with market leadership to manage, coordinate and evaluate the facilitation of staff onboarding, culture orientation, and delivery of training projects.
Responsibilities- Education:
High School Diploma required. Graduate from an accredited clinical program (e.g., Medical Assistant, Nursing). - Work Experience:
3+ years in a clinical staff role (e.g., Medical Assistant, LPN, RN, Paramedic, EMT); training, learning development or related experience; supervisory experience preferred; experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR); urgent care experience preferred. - Licenses/Certifications:
MA Certification (AAMA, NCCT, CMA, RMA), National Registry of Emergency Medical Technician (EMT/Paramedic), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or higher (RN). - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in medical terminology; clinical skills in Point of Care Testing, vital signs, and clinical laboratory procedures; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong supervisory, verbal and written communication, presentation, and organizational skills. - Additional Knowledge:
Proficiency in EMRs (e.g., EPIC, eClinical
Works) preferred.
