Job Description

Provides quality care to patients of all ages as defined in the ambulatory care nursing philosophy of Essentia Health. Performs tests and procedures and assists ophthalmologists or optometrists in providing quality eye care.

Work Experience
  • East Market:
    Combination of 1 year clinical or clerical healthcare related work and customer service experience.
  • West Market: none
Education Qualifications

No educational requirement.

Licensure and Certification Qualifications
  • Current JCAHPO certification as a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (C.O.

    A.).
  • BCLS within 3 months of hire
