We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one home health care across multiple regions in Virginia. This role is built for therapists who value quality over quantity, autonomy over micromanagement, and patient relationships over productivity quotas.
You’ll treat patients where they’re most comfortable—their homes—helping them restore mobility, independence, and confidence, while being supported by a responsive and respectful clinical team.

QUALIFICATIONS- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Patient-centered mindset with strong communication skills
