Prince William County Community Services is seeking a full-time Therapist IV / Clinical Service Case Management Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership for our Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services. This position has direct supervisory responsibility for a multidisciplinary treatment team and oversees daily clinic operations within a low-barrier, Office-Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT) model.
MAT services provide client-centered, wrap-around care for individuals experiencing opioid and alcohol use disorders. The Clinical Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring quality, continuity of care, and staff support within a rapidly growing program, while collaborating closely with internal departments and community partners.
About This Role- Provide direct line supervision and operational oversight for a multidisciplinary MAT treatment team
- Manage daily clinic operations in alignment with clinical, regulatory, and quality‑assurance standards
- Facilitate regular team meetings and provide individual clinical supervision to assigned staff
- Monitor productivity, workflow, and service delivery outcomes, maintaining appropriate documentation and reports
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify areas for program improvement and support staff through policy or practice changes
- Organize and facilitate training and educational opportunities related to MAT and substance use treatment
- Participate in ongoing collaboration with community stakeholders and other agency departments
This position qualifies for a hiring bonus of $5,000. This bonus will be paid in two equal installments. The first installment of $2,500 will be paid after you have completed 90 days of employment. The final $2,500 installment will be disbursed upon successful completion of the probationary period.
Minimum Requirements- Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, or related behavioral science field
- Candidate must possess an unrestricted LPC or LCSW in the Commonwealth of Virginia with eligibility to provide Virginia Board‑approved clinical supervision
- 4 years’ experience working with clients in substance use disorder treatment or related clinical setting
- 2 years’ professional‑level supervisory experience
- Experience providing clinical supervision
- Experience working with individuals engaged in Medication Assisted Treatment, including harm‑reduction and low‑barrier models
- Experience serving individuals with co‑occurring mental health and substance use disorders
- Experience working in public sector or community‑based behavioral health settings
- Experience collaborating with other agency departments and community stakeholders
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Candidate must be licensed in Virginia as an LPC or LCSW
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must pass DMV record check
- Must pass TB test
- Offer of employment is contingent upon the candidate passing a fingerprint‑based National Criminal History Record Check

Effective 1999, mandated by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services 12VA rules and regulations for licensing providers by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services related to criminal registry checks, a search of the registry of founded complaints of child abuse and neglected maintained by the Department of Social Services
Work Schedule: FLSA Exempt, Monday - Friday workday schedule
Starting Salary Range: $91,162.50 - $
