Position: Mobile Crisis Coordinator / CR2

Role Overview

License-Eligible Mobile Crisis Coordinator (MCC) joins the Community Regional Crisis Response (CR2) team in Northern Virginia. The MCC delivers immediate mobile crisis intervention, conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, and provides intensive counseling to stabilize clients and reduce hospitalization risk.

Schedule

(3) 12‑hour shifts 9 P‑9 A and (1) 4‑hour shift, Wednesday‑Saturday, overnight. The position requires community travel to Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William.

What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in a human services field, QMHP‑T eligible, and able to obtain within 30 days of start. Licensed or license‑eligible LCSW, LPC, or LMFT preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year with mental health populations; experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Skills: Crisis intervention, adaptability, problem‑solving, decision‑making.
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems, Microsoft Suite, and technology.
