The role of our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) is crucial to the life of our community. These caregivers assist senior residents with direct care needs while helping to maintain a safe and healthy environment. These caregivers get to know residents on a personal level and will alert management when a resident’s needs change. CNAs must be dedicated, compassionate, and respectful. CNAs are hands-on caregivers who make a positive difference in the lives of our residents each and every day.

• Provide direct care to residents
• Document care accurately
• Report incidents or changes in residents’ condition to supervising nurse
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Participate in resident life enrichment programs
• Interact effectively with residents and family members to address concerns
• Participate in staff training
• Other tasks as requested by supervisor

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant license
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to acquire within 60 days
• Experience in senior care is preferred
• Sign-on bonuses are offered in incremental payments over a 18-month period for full-time positions only.
