—helping them build skills, confidence, and independence.
This role supports families in Alexandria, Falls Church, Lorton, Woodbridge, and Waterford
, and is ideal for those seeking meaningful, flexible work close to home.
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and/or our centers
- Implement BCBA‑designed programs through play, structure, and connection
- Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills
- Collect session data and track progress
- Be a consistent, positive presence for children and families
- Competitive pay: $20-$32/hr based on experience
