Compensation starts at $21 for direct care and increases based on experience and certification; up to $26 for direct care. (Indirect care: $15–$18 based on experience.)

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will support and implement individualized plans focused on reducing unsafe behaviors and enhancing communication and social skills. You will collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, observe client skills, collect data, and help develop program goals for children, adolescents, and young adults with autism, intellectual, or other developmental disabilities.
Education and Experience Required- Minimum: high school diploma and prior experience working with children.
- Must possess a current registered behavior technician credential in good standing.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science or relevant experience with autism or ABA. - Must be available afternoons until 6 p.m.
Technicians are compensated for direct and indirect services. Entry‑level pay starts at $21 for direct care and increases with experience and certification ($26 with ABA-specific education). Indirect care pay ranges from $15 to $18.
