Compensation starts at $21 for direct care and increases based on experience and certification; up to $26 for direct care. (Indirect care: $15–$18 based on experience.)

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will support and implement individualized plans focused on reducing unsafe behaviors and enhancing communication and social skills. You will collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, observe client skills, collect data, and help develop program goals for children, adolescents, and young adults with autism, intellectual, or other developmental disabilities.

• Minimum: high school diploma and prior experience working with children.
• Must possess a current registered behavior technician credential in good standing.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science or relevant experience with autism or ABA.
• Must be available afternoons until 6 p.m.

Technicians are compensated for direct and indirect services. Entry‑level pay starts at $21 for direct care and increases with experience and certification ($26 with ABA-specific education). Indirect care pay ranges from $15 to $18.
