Max Care Health & Residential Services has six residential group homes providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities who have complex medical needs. We have a great work environment and an experienced management team. We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Personal Care Assistants (PCA) or Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team for part-time or every other weekend positions. You will assist in the daily care of individuals with developmental disabilities who have complex medical needs.
Responsibilities:- Medication Administration
- Assist clients with daily living activities
- Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
- Collaborate with individuals being serviced and families for best care opportunities
- Maintain a safe, healthy and comfortable living environment
- 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
- 11:00 pm - 7:00 am

- Care Team approach that includes working with a Licensed Professional Nurse (LPN) to execute health and residential needs
- Previous experience in personal/ clinical care or other related fields preferred
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Medication Aide preferred (Max Care will train onsite)
- CPR Certification preferred (Max Care will train onsite)
