Staff Pharmacist (Hourly) - Sam's Club Pharmacy (Floater) position at Walmart Inc. in Bristol, VA.

• Provides comprehensive patient care by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, counseling members regarding health care and prescription medication needs, and maintaining confidential information and required documentation for controlled medications.
• Models, enforces, and provides direction to Associates on proper Member service approaches to ensure member needs, complaints, and issues are resolved within company guidelines and standards.
• Ensures compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing reports, implementing and monitoring loss prevention and safety controls, overseeing safety, operational and quality assurance reviews, and developing action plans.
• Maintains confidential information, documentation, and assigned records as required by company policies and local, state, and federal guidelines.

The hourly wage range for this position is $47.12–$82.69 per hour. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include premiums from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

  D degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
