Position OverviewA transformational leader responsible for supporting the Rehabilitation Services Manager and Home Health Director in the daily operations of the Home Health Rehabilitation Services Department. Responsibilities include resource utilization, program and policy development, and quality improvement. The individual will demonstrate clinical expertise, participate in system processes, and perform patient care as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy;
Master’s or Doctoral Degree preferred. - Experience:
Home health experience required; 3+ years leadership preferred. - Licensure:
Valid therapy license in Virginia, BLS certification, valid driver’s license.
Standing, bending, traveling, lifting 20-50 lbs., and exposure to blood and infectious diseases.
