Applicants must be able to drive, have a reliable vehicle with active auto insurance, and be comfortable working in homes with pets.

• Provide client care based on individual Plans of Care
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, meals, and feeding
• Provide transportation as needed
• Maintain a safe environment for both client and caregiver
• Complete electronic documentation and record keeping

• Active CNA license or completion of a HHA or PCA program
• Minimum 1 year of personal care experience
• Valid CPR certification
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle & active auto insurance
