Monday through Thursday 4pm-8pm

• Delivering exceptional care to the client in her private home
• Evening Hours Mon-Thurs; 4pm-8pm
• Complete all daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)
• Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client
• Assist with personal care activities to include mobility assistance, light housekeeping, meal preparation and assistance with feeding 2 outdoor cats
• Administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
