• Certification of Completion from an approved 40‑hour PCA class
• CNA license, if applicable
• PPD/TB test or Chest X‑ray (less than 5 years)
• First Aid/CPR card
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. (Social Security Card, Passport, Driver’s License, Birth Certificate, etc.)
