FGG Spa, LLC is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our Short Pump location. Our full‑time high‑performing Massage Therapists typically earn an average total annual compensation ranging from $65,000 to $88,000, based on 30 service hours per week.

• Base salary ranging from $20–$25 per 50‑minute Swedish massage
• Uncapped commission of $5–$9 per 50‑minute massage
• Average tips 18–25% of the non‑member price ($20–$30 per service)
• Weekly pay, tips paid same day

Average total compensation of $88,000 includes base salary, commission, and tips for 30 service hours per week.
