Surgical Support Technician – Riverside Surgery Center

• Provide essential assistance to healthcare professionals in delivering patient care.
• Handle tasks that support diagnostic, therapeutic and procedural aspects of patient care.
• Prepare, sterilize and manage instruments for surgical teams.
• Support surgical teams during surgery, including hands‑on support and operative tasks.
• Work across hospitals, surgical centers and clinics, covering planning, preparation, recovery and follow‑up.
• Operate under moderate supervision and handle routine problems, requiring occasional minor adjustments.

• Education
  :
  High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Experience
  : 1 year of experience required. Experience as CNA, EMT, PCT or CMA highly preferred.
• Licensure
  : BLS Certification required. Additional certifications/licensure may be required for the position.

• Job requires sitting/standing for prolonged periods, frequently bending/stooping/traveling and reaching (overhead, extensive, repetitive).
• Proficient communicative, auditory, visual skills; attention to detail and ability to write legibly.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 25‑50lbs. Working in an environment with fumes, chemicals, vibrations, heat, noise, blood/body fluids and infectious disease.

Position Compensation Range: $19.11 - $29.62 hourly.
