Therapeutic Alliance LLC is a private behavioral‑health agency offering professional services throughout Virginia for the past 15 years. We strive to provide culturally sensitive counseling services to children, adults, and their families in several languages. We are looking for an energetic Behavior Technician to provide therapeutic services to individuals in their care. Our organization fosters initiative, self‑directed work, ownership and teamwork to help one another accomplish our business goals. As a Behavior Technician, you will make a difference in the lives of our clients on a daily basis.
Responsibilities and Duties- Work directly with clients on your caseload to create and manage individualized service plans (ISP) tailored to each client’s needs, as recognized by the BCBA.
- Design and implement interventions that meet the client’s goals.
- Build rapport and foster positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Recommend and coordinate wrap‑around services relevant to client needs.
- Serve as a resource for clients and families.
- Report progress and collaborate with the supervising BCBA.
- High School Diploma required;
College Degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field preferred;
Master’s degree preferred. - Experience working with children with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Free clinical supervision and support toward becoming a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) and Board‑Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).
