Join Our Team as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist! Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with diverse needs? We're looking for a dedicated Therapeutic Recreation Specialist to design and implement personalized recreational therapy interventions both at home and in the community.

Location: Multiple Locations throughout Northern Virginia
Schedule: Monday-Friday Varies (some weekend hours as needed with flex day options!)
Hourly Compensation: $22.60
Requirements- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy/Therapeutic Recreation. - Certification:
National Certification (CTRS) or ability to test within 6 months. - Experience:
At least one (1) year working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, with a solid understanding of high-intensity behavioral supports. - Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Must be able to walk, stand, and lift up to 70 pounds.
- Ability to execute physical intervention techniques with agility.
