- Guide Finance team members on Federal Government budgeting processes.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations.
- Align US Federal Finance budgeting with SAP FM/FI/CO.
- Manage SAP ECC Finance integration with SRM and CRM.
- Oversee financial interfaces with external systems.
- Implement 3-way match processes.
- Manage vendor invoice processing workflows.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Enhance SAP Financial Management modules.
- Develop financial reports using data analytics.
- Create training documentation.
- Focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Lead change management for S/4
HANA finance modules.
Required:
- U.S. Citizenship.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Funds Management and Finance modules within U.S. federal government or public sector environments.
- Experience with complex month-end and year-end close processes.
- Expertise in procurement-finance interfaces, invoice processing, and accounts payable/receivable cycles.
- Proven skills in SAP ECC Finance integration, financial document handling, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
Desired:
- Experience with SAP S/4
HANA Finance modules transition. - Familiarity with SAP SRM, CRM, and finance interfaces.
- Knowledge of Agile project methodologies.
- Experience with system upgrades, release management, and regulatory audit preparation.
