As a key member of the senior management team, the Vice President of Finance will be responsible for the development of ZERO's financial management strategy and will contribute directly to the achievement of the organization's strategic goals. This role requires a leader who is both a strategic thinker and a hands‑on operator, capable of providing high‑level financial guidance to the Board of Directors while also overseeing the day‑to‑day accounting functions with precision and integrity.

- Advise the Chief Operating Officer, CEO, and other senior leaders on all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, investment priorities, and long‑term financial strategy
- Work directly with the Finance & Audit Committee of the Board of Directors to communicate critical financial matters and provide clear, insightful
