Job DescriptionAs the industry and rates change the company needs to adapt as well. As a Mortgage Broker we have the A, B, C and D loans available. We also have the Commercial loans and lines of credit available. The International loans also keep up with their demand. We have many client sources as well as the real estate agents and a solid infrastructure.
As conventional rates continue to climb, we are getting busy!

Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC, and looking to get licensing for 2025:
Florida, West Virginia, Texas.
P/T or F/T
NMLS licensing is preferred.
Multi-Language
Strong communication and writing skills.
Experience with mortgage loans or Real Estate.
Get paid on Commissions with year end W-2
Skills- Proven working experience as a loan officer preferred. (Training Available)
- Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software
- Solid understanding of loan products and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
Loan origination: 1 year (Required)
Direct to Consumer Sales: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
Responsibilities- Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
- Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
- Determine all applicable ratios and metrics
- Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information
- Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and report on them
- Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services
- Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
- Develop referral networks
- Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines
