  • Develop and train shuttle drivers to ensure job expectations are met
  • Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relations and attend client meetings.
  • Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
  • Manage employee work hour reports and submit payroll.
  • Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals.
  • Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.
  • Complete required reports.

Must Haves
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 3 years.
  • You have the ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently.
  • You have the ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
  • Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
Good To Haves
  • Customer service: 1 year+
  • Experience driving a shuttle bus or commercial vehicle: 1 year+

Work Environment: while performing the duties of this position, the employee may be subjected to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The employee is regularly exposed to fumes and airborne particles. The noise level in this work environment can range from minimal to moderate.
