Job Summary
Responsible for monitoring housing and energy programs funded by state and federal agencies and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and program guidelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct on-site inspections and monitoring of housing rehabilitation and weatherization projects.
Ensure compliance with federal and state program requirements.
Review project files, documentation, and financial records.
Evaluate contractor and agency performance.
Provide technical guidance to local agencies and contractors.
Prepare inspection reports and corrective action recommendations.
Knowledge of housing construction, rehabilitation, and energy efficiency practices.
Experience with compliance monitoring or housing inspection programs.
Ability to analyze program requirements and prepare reports.
Strong communication and training skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Valid drivers license required.
Ability to travel frequently as needed.
