Location: Boydton, VA (Onsite)
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Engineer to join our team and support critical industrial and data center projects. This role requires a strong background in engineering principles, field trade installation, and leadership in construction environments.
🔑 Key Responsibilities- Analyze work methods, time, and production processes to establish efficiency standards.
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation to ensure quality and reliability.
- Review operational records and observe equipment usage for compliance with QA standards.
- Support planning of work assignments based on worker performance, machine capacity, and schedules.
- Prepare charts, diagrams, and layouts to optimize workflow and material handling.
- Evaluate performance data and report deviations to improve operational effectiveness.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required).
- Experience: 10+ years in engineering/construction roles.
- Preferred Background: Comprehensive understanding of MEP installation in a Data Center environment, with prior field experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical reports.
- Proficiency with CAD and other engineering software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
