As a Senior Facilities Engineering Lead, you will guide facility improvements, champion reliability, and ensure that our buildings and systems operate safely, sustainably, and efficiently. *** Lead facility upgrades, renovations, and layout modifications
* Oversee maintenance, repairs, and system performance
* Drive health, safety, and regulatory compliance
* Partner with contractors and service providers
* Monitor HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

* Conduct inspections, track issues, and take corrective actions

** Your background
*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
* Several years’ experience in facilities engineering or building systems management
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently
* Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety standards
* Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance teams
* Strong communication, problem‑solving, and leadership capabilities###
