As a Senior Facilities Engineering Lead, you will guide facility improvements, champion reliability, and ensure that our buildings and systems operate safely, sustainably, and efficiently. How you’ll make an impact

• Lead facility upgrades, renovations, and layout modifications
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and system performance
• Drive health, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Partner with contractors and service providers
• Monitor HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Implement sustainability and energy‑saving initiatives
• Conduct inspections, track issues, and take corrective actions
• Coach team members and support operational needs

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• Several years’ experience in facilities engineering or building systems management
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety standards
• Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance teams
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and leadership capabilities
