High Voltage (HV) Commissioning Engineer / Technician – Offshore Substation in Virginia US
Contract:
Approx. 6 months and start ASAP
Rotation: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off
Plant Supervision is currently seeking an experienced High Voltage (HV) Commissioning Engineer / Technician for an offshore substation (OSS) project in the United States.
The ideal candidate has a strong electrical background with hands-on experience in HV commissioning, installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting
, and a strong commitment to safety and quality in offshore environments.
- Commissioning and testing of high-voltage systems on an offshore substation
- Troubleshooting and technical support during commissioning activities
- Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards
- Work closely with international offshore project teams
- Proven experience as an HV Commissioning Engineer or HV Technician
- Experience from offshore substations or similar offshore HV projects
- Strong knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems
- High focus on HSE and quality
- Valid B1/B2 visa or residency in the United States is required 🌍
- Offshore substation project in the US
- Approx. 6-month contract
- Professional and international working environment
